My goal is provide holistic health care by using massage therapy with clients in a comfortable and safe environment.

When I was younger I knew I wanted to provide health care in some way. As I grew older I began practicing on family members and realized that this is something that I love to do. After high school I enrolled in the A.A.S. Therapeutic Massage Program at National American University in Sioux Falls, SD. That was the beginning of a wonderful journey, complete with passion and a willingness to help people better themselves. The body is fascinating and there is always something more to learn. I make it my goal to provide my clients with the best therapy, by taking continuing education classes to further my knowledge and increase my skills. I have earned a certificate in Hot Stone Massage, Massage with Essential Oils and Cupping Therapy. Just ask and see which option is best for you .

On my days off you can find me working on my own garden or just enjoying the summer weather by going for a run, bike ride, or walk. Throughout the winter months I enjoy reading and playing games. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband.
